This privacy policy explains how The Web Hub collects, uses and stores your personal data. We follow the rules set out in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What Data We Collect

When you apply through our online form, we collect:

Your full name
Your email address and phone number
Your highest qualification
Your CV file
Any cover note you write

Why We Collect It

The only reason we collect your data is to pass it on to the partner companies you have applied to. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate permission.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your application on file for 12 months in case other partner companies are interested. After 12 months, your data is automatically deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer.

To delete your data at any time
To correct any data that is wrong
