Accessibility Statement

The Web Hub aims to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We follow the rules set out in the Equality Act 2010 and aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard.

What We Have Done

• All images have descriptive alt text so screen readers can describe them.
• Text and background colours have a contrast ratio above 4.5:1.
• The whole site can be navigated using only the keyboard.
• Headings are used in the correct order so the page structure is clear.
• Forms have clear labels and inline error messages.

Known Limitations

The site uses a fixed 1000px layout, which means it does not adapt well to mobile screens. We are aware of this and plan to add a responsive layout in a future version.
